Overview: Your housing portal dashboard gives you real-time insights into page visits, student sign-ups, booking requests, confirmed bookings, and average rent. Here’s how to access it step by step.

Go to Your Portal Open your school’s custom housing URL: 👉 <code>https://yourdomain.4stay.com</code> or <code>https://housing.yourdomain.com</code>

Click the Menu (☰) in the Top Right Corner Tap the hamburger icon to open the login options.

Log in to Your Admin Account Use your email and password, or sign in with Google if enabled.

Click “Pages” from the Top Navigation After logging in, select Pages in the top menu.

Click the Three Dots (⋮) Next to Your Landing Page Locate your school’s landing page and open the actions menu on the right.

Select “Settings” This opens your portal’s configuration area.

Click the “Analytics” Tab in the Sidebar Choose Analytics on the left-hand panel to view the full dashboard.

Page Visits – How many people visited your portal

Sign-Ups – How many students and hosts created accounts

Requests – Number of inquiries submitted for listings

Bookings – Total confirmed and paid reservations

Avg. Monthly Rent – Based on actual bookings

Monthly Trend Chart – Track progress over time
