Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This referral promotion ("Promotion") is open to all current UCW student residents ("Referrer") of 4stay apartments, located at 4655 Main St, and/or 510 Richards St. who refer a friend ("Referee") to become a new resident. Referrers and Referees must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these terms and conditions to qualify for the Promotion.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on June 25 2024 and ends on Aug 1, 2024. Referees must move in before August 15, 2024. Referrals made after this period will not be eligible for the Promotion. UCW & 4stay reserve the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
Referral Process: Referrers must refer a friend by providing their friend's contact information to the management team at 4stay at reservations@4stay.co. Referees must sign a lease agreement during the Promotion Period, and mention the Referrer's name during the leasing process.
Discount Details: Both the Referrer and Referee will receive a $150 discount on their next month's rent if all conditions of this Promotion are met.
Redemption of Discount: The $150 discount will be applied to the Referrer's and Referee's next month's rent following the successful completion of the Referee's lease agreement and payment of their first month's rent. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Limitations: Each Referrer may refer multiple friends, but the Referrer will only receive one $100 discount for each successful Referee who signs a lease agreement during the Promotion Period. Likewise, each Referee may only be referred by one referee, and they will only receive one $100 discount.
Modification or Termination: UCW & 4stay reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes or termination of the Promotion will be communicated through appropriate channels.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Promotion, Referrers, and Referees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
