If you have requested a property you are really interested in, give the host 24-48 hours to respond to your request.

If 48 hours have passed and the host has still not yet responded to you, you can contact customer service by sending us a message in the message center, or an email to customerservice@4stay.com. We will try to contact the host for you.

If the host still does not respond to us within 48 hours, it is best to move on to a new listing and request a stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, we can't do much for an unresponsive host. You know what they say, you can't make someone love you.
