When and if your credit or bank card is declined, 4stay will not know the reason it was declined. We will only be notified that the transaction was not approved. If that is the case, there are a couple things you can do to ensure payment. 

Did I enter my card number correctly?

Check your card to make sure you are entering the numbers correctly. This includes the card number, the expiration date, and the CVV or three-digit security code on the back of the card. 

Besides entering the correct information, you also should make sure you have the sufficient amount of funds available in your account. 

Contact your card issuer:

If you know you have entered the correct information in your bank, and you know that you have the sufficient funds, then you need to contact your bank or card issuer. Sometimes banks and card issuers block a certain amount of charges to ensure there is no fraudulent activity on your account. If anything, they will inform you what the hold is on their end.
